  Imagine a building built in 1886 with the interior of an old bank full of really neat gifts and decorating items, and you have the Washington Street Emporium.  Mary Piper has  the seasons covered all the time with the Board Room having items on display for Valentines,  the 4th of July,  Halloween, and  Christmas.       BANK ROBBERY STORY

   When visiting the Washington Street Emporium be sure and ask Mary to tell you about the famous bank robbery that occured in the 1930's.  She will show you the vault and safe and tell how going to lunch all played a part in the robbery.
